Terms of Service
Effective November 8, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Pixelite SL, a company registered in Andorra (registration L-710633-B), with its address at Ed. La Llobatera Bloc B 1-2, Coll D'Ordino, Andorra ("Pixelite", "we", "us"). They apply when you use Postology at postology.app. By creating an account or using Postology, you accept them. If you use Postology for a company or another organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
1. The service
Postology helps you plan, schedule and publish short videos to the social media accounts you connect, and track how they perform. You organize work by brand, prepare posts with their videos, captions and schedule, and Postology publishes them through each network's official API at the times you choose, or gives you what you need to post by hand where a network is not connected.
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- You can join Postology through an invitation from a workspace, or by registering when registration is open. You must be at least 18.
- Give us accurate information and keep your password and API tokens safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
- A workspace is shared by its members. Its owners and admins decide who belongs to it, which role each member has, and which channels and settings it uses. Content in a workspace is shared by its members and stays there when a member leaves.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the videos, images, captions and other material you put in Postology ("your content").
You give Pixelite a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process and display your content, and to send it to the networks and accounts you choose at the times you schedule, only as far as needed to run Postology for you. The license ends when you delete the content from Postology. It does not cover content that is already published on a network, which the network's own terms govern.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions your content needs, including for music, footage, trademarks and the people who appear in it, and that publishing it does not break the law or anyone else's rights. You are responsible for what you publish through Postology.
4. Connected platforms
- Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
- Each workspace registers its own developer app on the networks it connects. You are responsible for your workspace's app and for following each network's developer terms for it, such as the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and the Google APIs Terms of Service.
- When you publish through Postology, you must follow the terms, policies and community guidelines of each platform you use, including TikTok's Terms of Service and the YouTube Terms of Service, as well as those of Meta (Instagram, Facebook and Threads), X, LinkedIn and Bluesky.
- By connecting a YouTube channel or using Postology's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
- Postology is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, YouTube, Google, Meta, X, LinkedIn or Bluesky. Their names are trademarks of their owners and are used here only to describe what Postology connects to.
- Platforms decide what their APIs allow and can change, limit or withdraw access at any time. For example, TikTok may only allow posts that are visible to the creator alone until it has audited an app, and a platform may reject, delay, restrict or remove a post. We cannot guarantee that a platform will accept a post or keep it up, and we are not responsible for what a platform does.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Postology to:
- publish anything illegal, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
- send spam, mislead people, impersonate someone, or harass or threaten anyone;
- break a platform's rules, or get around its limits, for example by posting more than it allows or by posting to accounts you are not allowed to manage;
- access workspaces, accounts or data that are not yours, or test, probe or get around our security;
- upload malware, or put an unreasonable load on the service;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer Postology, except where the law allows it.
We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Postology running and posts going out on time, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. A post can be late or fail, for example when a network is down, rejects the video or changes its API, so check that important posts went live. We may change, add or remove features over time. When a change takes away something you rely on, we will try to email you in advance.
7. Fees
Postology is currently provided without charge. If we decide to charge for it, we will email you in advance, and you can then choose whether to continue.
8. Disclaimers
Postology is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that it will be fit for a particular purpose, that it will meet your needs or that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, Pixelite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, audience or goodwill, arising from your use of Postology, including posts that fail, are late or are removed by a platform. Our total liability for any claim about Postology is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim and 100 euros. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, such as for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
10. Termination
You can stop using Postology at any time. To close your account or delete a workspace, contact us and we will do it for you. We may suspend or close an account or workspace that breaks these terms, when the law requires it, or when a platform requires us to. We may also stop offering Postology; if we do, we will email workspace owners with reasonable notice so that you can save your content first. Sections 8, 9 and 11 continue to apply after your use ends.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra. The courts of Andorra have jurisdiction over any dispute about them, unless the law of the country where you live as a consumer gives you the right to bring a claim in its courts.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will email workspace owners at the address on their account before it takes effect. If you keep using Postology after that, the new terms apply; if you do not accept them, stop using it and ask us to close your account.
